Eligibility for the Trade/Designer Program

The program is designed for professionals actively engaged in interior design, architectural planning, or construction management. Eligibility extends to:

• Designers: Interior designers, residential and commercial, with a proven portfolio of completed projects.
• Architects: Licensed professionals involved in residential, commercial, or institutional design.
• Contractors: General contractors or specialty tradespeople working on projects requiring vinyl finishes.

Participation is by invitation or application, ensuring alignment with our focus on material integrity and curatorial standards.

Memo Samples: Process and Expectations

Access to our full range of vinyl options begins with a memo sample request. Upon approval, we dispatch a curated selection of samples tailored to your project scope. Key details include:

• Requests are processed via an online form, specifying project type, scale, and aesthetic preferences.
• Selected samples are dispatched within 5–7 business days, accompanied by a detailed catalog of finishes and specifications.
• Unused samples are to be returned within 30 days of receipt, though exceptions may be made for ongoing projects.

Lead Times and Production Schedules

Standard lead times for vinyl wallcoverings are 14–21 days from order confirmation, depending on the complexity of the finish and volume. Expedited production is available at an additional cost for urgent requirements. All timelines are communicated during the initial quote process, ensuring transparency and alignment with project deadlines.

NET-30 Terms and Payment Structure

Eligible trade clients are extended NET-30 terms, allowing 30 days from invoice date for payment. This applies to all orders exceeding $500, with invoicing issued upon shipment. A 20% deposit is required for custom-print orders, with the balance due upon delivery. Terms are subject to credit verification and may vary based on account history.

Custom-Print Availability and Workflow

Custom-print vinyl options are available for clients requiring bespoke designs. The process involves:

• Submission of high-resolution artwork (minimum 300dpi) via our secure portal.
• Review and approval of a digital proof within 5 business days.
• Production commencement upon confirmation, with lead times extending by 7–10 days for custom finishes.

Custom-print options are limited to 100 linear feet per order, with a minimum order value of $1,000.
